This year’s summer school takes place in the lovely World Music Centre of Jeunesses Musicales in Grožnjan in Croatia.

The World Music Centre in Grožnjan was founded in 1967 by JM Croatia. This cultural centre is open to young people from all over the world. Like its twin, the World Music Centre in Wettersheim (DE), it provides a special musical environment for development, education, and exchange of ideas; and offers various musical and artistic workshops and seminars with lecturers & professors.

In the village JM Croatia has a wonderful rehearsal space (“Kastel”), a music school and an office. The singers and staff stay in houses all over the village, and eat together in the local restaurant.
