Tuiki Latvala (Finland, 1991) started her musical education at the age of six playing violin at Central Ostrobothnia Conservatory at Kokkola. Latvala’s older sister taught her to sing in voices at the same year. After that, ten-year-old Latvala joined Kokkola Youth Choir; ever since, she has been a member of at least one choir at a time. Latvala started her singing studies as secondary subject in the class of Marianne Tunkkari at 2005.
Latvala continued studying both violin and singing and graduated as a violinist at Tampere Music Academy in December 2015 in the class of Sirkka-Liisa Kaakinen-Pilch. At the moment Latvala is majoring singing at Tampere Conservatory with Tarja Mäki-Latvala and is a member of Chamber Choir Näsi and Tampere Cappella, which is a new professional chamber choir at Tampere area.
